Kasim Sulton Diary
June 2002

During June came the bad news that due to events outside of Kasim's control, the release of Quid Pro Quo would not be going ahead this month but would have to be delayed again. However, June still proved to be a busy month for Kasim as he held two online chats, joined the Artists Against Hunger Network and embarked on the Meat Loaf Summer Tour playing a 3 song opening set at most of the gigs.

Online Chat
Yahoo KasimSulton2 Chatroom

This was another online chat that Kasim held with his fans. Unfortunately several fans were disappointed with this chat as it only lasted about 40 minutes because Kasim was leaving to play a gig at a local venue and some fans felt that it was rushed. The main points were that all the currently booked Borders gigs have been cancelled due to the delay in the release of Quid Pro Quo and that Kasim plans on playing gigs all over US during the Fall as he doesn't have any work planned with Meat Loaf until 2003 after this Summer tour.

Unfortunately very little about this gig has made its way onto the Internet other than it was a local gig for Kasim so that he knew the majority of the people in the audience.

Online Chat
KasimSulton.com Chatroom

This was another online chat that Kasim held with his fans. Unfortunately almost everybody (especially Kasim) had horrendous problems getting into the chat. Kasim stayed for about an hour. There was no news announced but Kasim did post a lovely message to his fans at the end: "You guys are the world to me
You make me feel the best I have ever felt
Ever since I started doing the solo shows, it's been the most wonderful experience
And I just hope you all know how much I appreciate you
".
