Tickets for this gig cost between $200 and $50 (plus charges). A few days ago seats were still available in the tenth row of the venue for tonight's gig.

Todd is currently booked to play seven AWATS gigs in US this month, plus two more in Europe next February with more possibly being added for that month later. The gigs will be a first set of Todd music followed by the second set after the interval consisting of the whole A Wizard, A True Star album in track order.

This theater was built in 1929 and apparently is one of only five remaining theaters in the country where patrons experience a twinkling star-lit sky and intermittent clouds moving across the horizon while sitting inside the auditorium. In June 2001 the theater closed until November 2002 for a $19 million refurbishment. One unusual thing to note about this venue is that the lobby lights are flicked on and off to indicate when the next set is about to start.

The address of the hotel is 20 West Mill Street, Akron, OH 44308 and tickets are $10 from this link or can be purchased on the door. This set is expected to only be about 45 minutes and is a General Admission gig.

This will be Kasim's first matinee performance since 2002!

Before Kasim was introduced he could be heard tuning his guitar (during an advert break) and saying to the announcer "We'll just chat like we're old friends"! During the interview they discussed the AWATS gigs and the exhibit in the Rock 'n' Roll Hall Of Fame before Kasim played The One Sure Thing.

As well as the Todd Rundgren items listed in this press release, a large amount of the exhibit is about Utopia with Kasim Sulton, Roger Powell and Willie Wilcox being well represented too.

The address of the Rock'n'Roll Hall Of Fame is 1100 Rock and Roll Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44114. It is open 363 days a year from 10am until 5.30pm except Wednesdays when it's open until 9pm. Admission is $22.

On Monday at 1pm Kasim, Todd and Roger will be making an appearance at the exhibit which anyone can attend.

The exhibit contains some items donated by Todd as well as contributions from lots of his fans and has become possible due to the kind generosity and hard work by RMAC.
