Tonight Kasim Sulton plays the first gig of the 16 date Todd Rundgren 2014 Unpredictable Tour. The concert tonight is at The Newton Theatre in Newton, NJ and starts at 8pm.

Tickets for this gig (from this link) are $64 for premium, $54 for orchestra and $44 for balcony. A few days ago the best seats available were in the 22nd row.

The last time that Kasim played at this venue was on 26th October 2012 as part of Blue Oyster Cult. Prior to that he played here at the grand opening of The Newton Theatre on 9th September 2011 during the 'Classic Todd Rundgren' Fall Tour.

The Newton Theatre originaly opened on 15th May 1924 and seated 1,000 people. It had an orchestra pit that once boasted two organs. However it was closed from October 2007 while renovations were carried out and it reopened on 16th May 2008 to screen first run and classic movies. It then closed in September 2010 before opening again as a music venue the following year.
