Freak Parade Heavy Metal Kids Another Life Somethings Coming 7 Rays Do Ya The Wheel The Ikon Freedom Fighters Just One Victory "Center Stage was an excellent venue. Attendance was 1050 in the 1200 capacity venue." "The sound was great, the Center Stage had some empty seats but not many and everyone stayed until the end!" "As expected, the band played virtually all of the first two Utopia albums. If that appeals to you, by all means go if you have a chance, it is a fine show." "What a amazing show at Center Stage Atlanta as Todd and the band delivered the goods. Sure there were some mistakes and some rough spots but the band played with balls, and great energy. Todd was in great form as he sang the show, his voice sounding as good as when he recorded these albums 37 years ago." "There were some missed notes, missed lyrics, and Todd struggled with the high notes (like on the "Still ... be still" section of The Ikon) but after all this band has barely played together for 35 years and it is LIVE music. I don't expect to have a chance to hear this music again played live by the principals." "Very good sound in Atlanta, though Kasim's keyboards were barely audible..most of the time one could not hear them." "Kasim and Jesse really filled the sound out with great backing vocals as well as amazing keyboard parts in Moogy's absence. Ralph played great solo's and nailed all the signature parts, both his and Moogy's. John Siegler provided spot on musical direction to keep Kevin Ellman and the band on the same page as well as solid in the pocket grooves and backing vocals." "Jesse Gress was there, yes, but not sure they needed him in this show. Just background singing an played the triangle and tambourine a bit. Other than that he made goofy gesticulations when on stage..took away from the show." "Duration of set one hour and fifty minutes." "Band was tighter than they were in Clearwater." "Moogy Klingman's absence meant that there is less keyboard heavy sound (besides Ralph Schuckett, Kasim played keyboards virtually the entire show, though I couldn't hear him in the mix). I expect that Moogy's addition for the NY-area shows will help re-create the original sound." "I would see this show again in a minute."
