Hello It's Me "Todd played guitar for fewer than half the songs tonight. The band was rock solid, and while Jesse is no slacker and played the solos note for note, I still missed Todd's unique guitar tone and style, especially with that green Strat knockoff he seems to favor, at least for the past few non-theme tours." "During the pause after Real Man, people starting calling out requests and Todd's first comment was "we don't take requests, but if we took them, these are the songs you would have requested anyway," and then launched into Love of the Common Man much to the audience's satisfaction." "Because of his cold, Todd really struggled with some of the high notes tonight, especially towards the end of the gig." "His voice did not seem strong. He had to reach for the high notes and sounded scratchy most of the time. Maybe it was the cold he said he had from the hot outdoor weather and cold indoor temperatures, but to me his vocal range has been fading each time I've seen him over the past few years."

The gig tonight starts at 8pm and tickets vary in price from $42 to $68. The best seats currently available are for $53 in the 7th row. Click here for the ticketing link.
The address of the venue is 13 Main Street, Tarrytown, NY 10591 and this venue has 843 seats. It was built in 1885 by chocolate manufacturer William Wallace and is one of only 6% of theaters in the United States built before 1900. The Music Hall was one of the first theaters to show silent films in 1901 and was the venue for several national causes, including women's suffrage in 1915. Mae West and Woodrow Wilson were among the first performers and speakers to grace The Music Hall stage. Unfortunately The Music Hall had to close its doors in 1976, largely due to the rise in popularity of multiplexes and television, and it was planned that the theater was to be torn down to make way for a parking lot! Thankfully the venue was saved and was placed on the National Register for Historic Places in 1980.
Artists who have appeared at this venue include Dave Brubeck, Dizzy Gillespie, Joe Jackson, Bruce Springsteen, James Taylor and Rufus Wainwright. Kasim Sulton last played at this venue on 11th October 2008 during the Todd Rundgren Arena Tour.
