Tonight Kasim Sulton plays the 14th gig of the Todd Rundgren Johnson's Music Tour. The gig tonight is at the James K Polk Theater within the Tennessee Performing Arts Center in Nashville, TN. This will be Kasim's third gig in three nights.
The James K. Polk Theater seats 1,075 people and tickets can be purchased from this link. Tickets vary in price from $42.50 to $20 (plus charges). A couple of days ago there were seats available in the tenth row of the theater.
TPAC is located in the James K. Polk Cultural Center at 505 Deaderick Street in downtown Nashville and occupies an entire city block between 5th and 6th Avenues and Deaderick and Union Streets. As well as housing the Tennessee State Museum, the cultural center adjoins the 18 story James K. Polk Office Tower.
This will be Kasim's first appearance at this venue but he lasted played in Memphis, TN on 16th May 2009 and 29th August 2009 when he played at the Bluebird Cafe.
