From late June until early August 2008 Todd Rundgren played a number of gigs to promote his Arena album. Kasim Sulton was touring with Meat Loaf in Europe at that time but he joined the tour for the Fall / Winter leg of the tour which started on 1st October. Prior to that, Kasim toured with Todd earlier in 2008 too.
